Registration Fees

The registration fee includes most meals, but does not include hotel stay (which may be booked at our negotiated group rate), travel, or incidentals.

*WBL Basic Members will become eligible for the WBL Full Member rate upon logging into their profile at www.wbl.org and upgrading their membership level to Full Membership.

Cancellation Policy

All requests for refunds must be made in writing, and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. A cancellation fee will be assessed on a sliding scale, based upon how much we have paid the venue for your expected attendance. There is a cancellation fee of $500 if cancelled on or before 08/16/2019, and a cancellation fee of $1,000 if cancelled on or before 09/02/2019. The remainder will be refunded via the original method of payment. WBL cannot postpone registrations and/or transfer fees to future WBL events. Cancellations made after the cancellation deadline and no shows for the conference will result in forfeiture of the entire registration fee. In the event the registrant is no longer able to attend the conference, substitutions of a business colleague/co-worker (must also be a current WBL member, or eligible to become so) are encouraged. The original registrant must submit the replacement's name and contact information to LMcKendrie@wbl.org. No fees will be charged if the original payment is applied to the substitute attendee. If you booked your hotel stay through WBL and require changes, these requests must be made before we submit the rooming list to the hotel on 8/15/19.  If you cancel your stay after this date, we will only be able to offer a refund if we are able to resell your hotel room to another registrant.
